Test one Learning AI workflow before expanding it

Use this worksheet to design a small pilot, record the current process and decide what evidence would justify another step. These are LT Horizon's proposed evaluation criteria, not claims about SAP functionality or results.

Confirm access first. The accompanying release guide records SAP's Early Adopter Care restriction for the Learning Assistant and named agents, checked 18 October 2026. Confirm current entitlement, configuration and availability for your tenant with SAP before testing. Use synthetic examples in an approved test environment.

1. Set the boundary

2. Record the current process

Run the same synthetic case through today's process first. Record elapsed time, administrator effort, corrections and the evidence retained. Do not assume that a faster answer means a correct action.

Baseline result, effort and known problems

3. Agree expected results before the pilot

Synthetic case	Proposed pass condition	Observed result and evidence
Overdue learner	Correct obligation and recipient; authorised person reviews any proposed action.
Changed manager	Current reporting relationship is respected; the previous manager receives no unauthorised information.
Out-of-scope user	No access to another team's records or ability to act beyond the agreed role.
Incorrect proposed action	Reviewer can stop it; the team can explain and demonstrate the agreed correction or manual fallback.

Record observed behaviour separately from explanations given in a demonstration. If a control is unavailable or unproven, record that gap rather than marking a pass.

4. Make a bounded decision

Only expand when the accountable owner accepts the evidence, access boundaries and fallback. This worksheet is a planning aid, not a configuration runbook or assurance certification.
