You can read LT Horizon without an account. This notice explains email updates, browser preferences, hosting logs and correction reports.
Public experience
LT Horizon does not use advertising trackers. If you choose email updates, your email address is sent to Kit to manage your subscription and deliver occasional LT Horizon updates. Submitting the form requests email updates; you must then confirm your subscription using the email sent by Kit. Each email includes an unsubscribe option. The embedded Kit form loads scripts and its background image from Kit services. Kit records form visits, the page URL and referrer, uses a browser-stored visitor identifier, and processes your email address, subscriber status and signup details. Unsubscribing stops future updates; it does not automatically delete your subscriber record. No account is needed to read the site. Campaign links count article-opening requests and feed-link requests in daily totals, using a fixed campaign identifier. These totals contain no email address, IP address, cookie identifier, search term or visitor profile and retention cleanup removes totals older than 90 days when campaign links or the owner results panel are used. Ordinary hosting logs can still contain request metadata. These counts do not identify unique readers or confirmed subscribers. You can optionally share anonymous reading counts using the footer control. This is off until you choose it. If enabled, the browser stores your preference and last participating visit day, and sends only an event type and a broad site section. We count first or returning participating visits, engaged-reading signals and follow-link intent in daily totals. No reader ID, IP address, email, full article URL, referrer or search term is stored in those totals. You can stop sharing and clear the local visit day using the same control. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days and do not establish unique people, actual reading or confirmed subscriptions. Theme preference is stored locally in the browser. Search terms may appear in the page URL, browser history and ordinary hosting logs.
Email privacy requests
Daniel Stoker operates LT Horizon. To ask about your email subscription or request access, correction or deletion of subscription data, contact hello@lthorizon.com.
Owner workspace
Owner operations are protected by Cloudflare Access and are not advertised as a public product feature. Public visitors are not required to create an account to read intelligence.
Correction reports
Daniel Stoker operates the private editorial reporting queue. Cloudflare hosts and processes the submitted page path, claim, proposed correction, optional public evidence link and review note. Reports are used only to investigate factual issues and are deleted after 90 days by scheduled maintenance. The form requests no name, email, account, IP fingerprint or attachments. Ordinary Cloudflare hosting logs may still contain request metadata. Avoid submitting personal or confidential information.
Future services
Before personal accounts, discussion or community features are enabled, LT Horizon must publish the relevant operator, processor, retention, deletion and rights information and approve the supporting controls.
